Synergy Hospitality Management, an award-wining independent hotel management company, is pleased to announce the appointment of AJ Williams as General Manager of the Embassy Suites by Hilton Philadelphia Valley Forge. As a recent addition to the Synergy hotel portfolio, the Embassy Suites was primed to offer the leading management position to an outstanding candidate.
For over 25 years, Mr. Williams has been a noteworthy leader in the hospitality space. During his career Mr. Williams has served in senior leadership roles in all aspects of hotel operations including Convention Services, Food and Beverage and Rooms Division prior to becoming a General Manager over 15 years ago.
Mr. Williams has served as a General Manager for Omni Hotels and Resorts, Marriott Hotels and Resorts , Hilton Hotels and Resorts and most recently the Cambria Brand. The majority of his career has been spent managing hotels at the four diamond level and has included inclusion in the top 100 Hotels and Resorts in the Country. Prior to joining the Synergy team, Mr. Williams was appointed General Manager of the Cambria Hotel in Philadelphia where he worked for HEI Hotels and Resorts.
