A recent article in the Philadelphia Business Journal covers the management transition of the Embassy Suites by Hilton Philadelphia Valley Forge to Synergy Hospitality Management.

Restoring the property as a “market leader” in the King of Prussia area

Synergy Hospitality Management is now working to return the hotel to the revenue and occupancy levels it experienced prior to the Covid-19 pandemic, Stephen Field, President of Synergy Hospitality Management said. Before the health crisis, the property was one of the best in the King of Prussia hotel market from a fiscal standpoint, he noted.

“We have a vision for the property to be the first choice of the corporate traveler in the King of Prussia market,” Field said.

With corporate travel still on the rebound during the first quarter, the market has been “fairly depressed,” he noted. Still, year-over-year revenue for the first six weeks of the year is nearly double that of 2021, which Field said he hopes signals that demand will be greater than it was in 2019 once the corporate market returns in full.
